CAN I TAKE CBD LEGALLY IN MONTANA?? :
YES Hemp CBD is Legal in Mt. All hemp-derived products with .3% THC or less are legal in the state of Montana without the need for a card. The State has recently made medical marijuana legal but you must have a medical marijuana card to purchase marijuana based products. Our products are made from industrial Hemp & NO card is required to buy them. This website does however require you to be at least 18 years or older to purchase CBD products.
*Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally-occurring constituent of the industrial hemp plant. Sister Earth Hemp does not sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (US.CSA).
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 113 identified cannabinoids found in cannabis plants and accounts for up to 40% of the plant's extract. In 2018, clinical research on cannabidiol included preliminary studies of anxiety, cognition, movement and pain.
CBD oil containing only CBD as the active ingredient is called an isolate and studies suggest isolates may be slightly less effective than full spectrum plant extracts; a full-plant CBD-dominant Hemp extract oil is considered more effective by many people than an isolate. CBD from industrial hemp naturally has low THC of .3% or less. Hemp CBD does not have the same psychoactivity as CBD from marijuana because by law Hemp CBD must have .3% THC or less.
“The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration has assigned Epidiolex a Schedule V classification and CBD extracted from marijuana a Schedule I drug classification; although, "CBD extracted from hemp is a federally lawful substance due to section 10113 of the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 removing cannabinoids and extracts of hemp under 0.3% total THC from the Controlled Substances Act", Cannabidiol is not scheduled under any United Nations drug control treaties and in 2018 the World Health Organization recommended that it remain unscheduled.”
If you are a member of the US Armed forces we recommend you Do Not take Hemp products.
Even though hemp products contain less than .3% THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens.
Accordingly, if you are subject to any form of employment drug testing or screening, we recommend (as does the United States Armed Services) that you DO NOT take CBD products.
Before taking CBD products, please consult with your healthcare practitioner, your drug screening testing company and/or employer.
